PAK vs BAN 1st Test: The first match of the 2-match Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh is being played at the Rawalpindi ground. After the fourth day of the first Test match, the match seems to be heading towards a draw. Pakistan declared their first innings at a score of 448. The Bangladesh team displayed even better batting performance and scored 565 runs in their first innings and took a lead of 117 runs. Now after the fourth day of the match, Pakistan’s fast bowler Naseem Shah expressed his anger over the Rawalpindi pitch.

We should at least take advantage of the situation at home

This is not the first time that fast bowlers or spinners have expressed their anger over the pitch of a Test match in Pakistan. Earlier in the last few years, the pitch in the Test matches played in Pakistan has proved to be very suitable for batting. Naseem Shah said about the Rawalpindi Test match pitch after the fourth day’s play that honestly, I think we have got such a pitch in the last several series. I think every effort was made for this Test match so that the bowlers could get help from the pitch, but I think the pitch proved to be much better for batting due to more sunlight and heat.

Now we should also think about how we can take advantage of the home conditions because the match should have a result. It is not in my hands to make the pitch but those who make it should keep all things in mind because if you cannot make a pitch that helps fast bowlers then at least make a pitch that helps spinners. People come to enjoy Test cricket and cricket has progressed a lot. In such a situation, we should focus on preparing such pitches which can achieve a result in the match.

Bangladesh still has a lead of 94 runs

Bangladesh team not only scored 565 runs in their first innings but also gained a big lead. At the end of the fourth day’s play, Pakistan team scored 23 runs at the loss of one wicket in their second innings and they are still 94 runs behind Bangladesh’s lead. In such a situation, if Pakistan team loses some more wickets in the first session of the fifth day, then this match will definitely become a little exciting.
