Now West Indies has gained an unassailable lead of 2-0 in the three-match T20 series. The special thing is that this is their third consecutive T20 series win against the African team. The bowlers and batsmen performed brilliantly for West Indies in the second T20 match.

Shai Hope scored the most runs for West Indies

After being invited to bat first in the second T20 match, West Indies scored 179 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Shai Hope scored the most runs for the team. He contributed 41 runs. Romario Shepherd took three wickets

On the other hand, Ryan Rickelton (20 runs) and Reeza Hendricks (44 runs) gave South Africa a good start. But after the dismissal of these two players, the rest of the batsmen could not do much. The African middle order collapsed badly in front of Shamar Joseph and Romario Shepherd. Both these bowlers took 3-3 wickets. Romario Shepherd took three wickets for 15 runs in 4 overs. He was given the Player of the Match award for his excellent performance. Tristan Stubbs did score 28 runs for the African team. But he could not make the team win.
