He scored 900 plus runs in Ranji Trophy 2019-20. In 2020-21, he scored even more runs. Even in this season, he has scored more than 600 runs so far.
He said, “In the last three years, his batting average has been more than 100. His strike rate is also good. Sarfaraz has not only broken the selection doors but also burnt them. Unfortunately, he is not able to get his selection in Team India. Despite not being selected, he performed brilliantly against Delhi.
Please tell that Ashwin is not the first Indian cricketer to praise Sarfaraz. Many cricket veterans have advocated giving him a chance in Team India as soon as possible.
