New Delhi. The fourth match of Indian Premier League 2023 is being played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals in Hyderabad. In the initial overs of this exciting match, the stormy style of RR opener Jos Buttler has been seen. While opening the innings, he scored a half-century in just 20 balls with a strike rate of 250. This is his second fastest half-century in IPL. Earlier, in the year 2018 against Delhi Capitals, he had completed his half-century in just 18 balls at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.

Jos Buttler, who was batting in an explosive manner, was shown the way to the pavilion by being bowled by Afghan fast bowler Fazalhaq Farooqi. The special record of scoring the fastest fifties in IPL is in the names of KL Rahul and Pat Cummins. Both the players have done the feat of scoring half-centuries in just 14-14 balls. Rahul achieved this special achievement in the year 2018 against Delhi while playing for Punjab. While appearing for Kolkata in the year 2022, Cummins touched this record against Mumbai.
