New Delhi. The third match of IPL 2023 will be played between Lucknow Super Giants and Delhi Capitals on Saturday. KL Rahul’s team will play the match on their home ground for the first time. The Lucknow team, which entered the league from IPL 2022, played all their matches in Mumbai and Pune last season. KL Rahul’s team has an edge over David Warner-led Delhi Dare Capitals. So far 2 matches have been played between the two teams, in which Lucknow won.

Lucknow Super Giants opener Quinton Dickock will join the team after a few matches. Dickock is currently playing ODI series against Netherlands for South Africa. Dickock flopped with the bat in the second ODI played on Friday. He got out after scoring 9 runs in 21 balls. Batting first, Netherlands was dismissed for 189 runs in 46.1 overs. In response, South Africa achieved the target by losing 2 wickets in 30 overs. Aiden Markram, who was made the captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad, hit an unbeaten 51 off 39 balls.
