Ghost of spin over Australia, Ravindra Jadeja’s killer bowling, cheap first innings

New Delhi. The wait for the Border-Gavaskar series between India and Australia is over. On Thursday, the Australian team decided to bat first after winning the toss in the Nagpur Test. Team India looked breathless in front of the spin bowling and in the first innings, the whole team collapsed on the score of just 177 runs.
Deadly start for fast bowlers

Before the start of the series, the Australian team hesitated about the pitch and prepared fiercely for the spinner, but the fast bowlers stopped speaking as soon as they arrived. Mohammad Siraj made Usman Khawaja walk in his first over and after that Mohammad Shami took the important wicket of David Warner. Shami clean bowled Warner on the score of 1 run.

Spinner took command

Against Australia, captain Rohit Sharma called the spinners in just the 8th over. Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith bravely faced the spinner and kept the wickets till lunch. After lunch, Labushan was stumped by KS Bharat on the ball of Jadeja on the score of 49 runs. After this, he lbw Ranshaw and sent the match back to zero. Jadeja did the biggest victim in the form of Steve Smith. After scoring 37 runs, clean bowled this batsman and ended his innings.
