Ind vs Aus Warm Up: Is there another player injured, the stormy batsman was seen bandaged in the warm up match


India beat Australia by 6 runs in warm-up match

New Delhi. The Indian cricket team has been troubled by injured players before the ICC T20 World Cup. Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah was already out with an injury, after which Deepak Chahar also suffered an injury just before the tournament. Now both of them are not part of the team. Mohammed Shami has been selected as the replacement of Bumrah. Mohammad Siraj and Shardul Thakur are with the team as a stand boy. During the warm-up match against Australia, another player was seen wearing a thick bandage, which raised everyone’s concern.

The Indian team came out to test its preparation before the start of the ICC T20 World Cup on Monday, 17 October. Against hosts Australia, the team went to play in the warm-up match. On the basis of half-centuries from KL Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav, India scored 186 runs for 7 wickets. In the last over, on the strength of Mohammed Shami’s excellent bowling, Team India won the match by bowling Australia out for 180 runs.

Pant was seen wearing a bandage during the match.

During the warm-up match, when the camera went towards India’s dugout, it showed something which was not good at all. Wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pat, who is struggling with poor form, was seen wearing a thick knee cap on the knee here. There was also an ice pack with it, meaning he was feeling more pain in the knee. He did not even come to play in the match.

Pant’s poor form

The wicket-keeper batsman of the Indian team has been given a place in the T20 World Cup but his recent form is not supporting at all. He could not score runs in the T20 series played at home, struggled to score runs in the Asia Cup as well and could only manage 9-9 runs in both the practice matches against Western Australia.
