New Delhi: KL Rahul, the experienced opener batsman of the Indian team, was proving to be a frequent flop in the T20 World Cup. However, he looked in color in the fourth match against Bangladesh and played a fine half-century. During this, he managed to score 50 runs in 32 balls with the help of three fours and four sixes. From the point of view of the Indian team, Rahul’s return to form is a good sign for the Blue Army. After the match he said that now he can sleep peacefully.
KL Rahul had a special conversation after the match. During this, after being asked questions on his innings, he replied, ‘The team has given me a role. If I am successful in doing what the team wants from me, then I can sleep peacefully. It was an important match for all of us. After being out of the last World Cup, KL Rahul told how we all worked hard in difficult situations.

Apart from this brilliant innings, KL Rahul also took the wicket of Bangladesh opener batsman Liton Das, who was proving to be dangerous for the Indian team. Liton Das had scored 60 runs in just 27 balls. KL Rahul showed the way to the pavilion by running out Liton Das by hitting a direct wicket from deep mid-wicket.
The first three matches of the World Cup were not good for Rahul. He scored four runs in the first match against Pakistan, nine runs against the Netherlands and nine against South Africa. Due to poor performance, there was talk of feeding another player in his place. However, now Rahul has returned to form and is ready to do better in the upcoming matches.
