Mohammed Siraj: Never thought that I would become the number-1 bowler in the world… Mohammed Siraj became emotional

New Delhi: The Indian cricket team has recently registered a bang in the ODI and T20 series against New Zealand. Earlier, India had defeated Sri Lanka in the limited overs series at their home at the beginning of the new year. In both these series, fast bowler Mohammad Siraj performed brilliantly. Especially in ODIs, he wreaked such havoc that he has now become the number one bowler in the ICC ODI rankings, but now it is Australia’s turn. Team India has to play a four-Test Border-Gavaskar series against Australia and Siraj has also been included in Team India for this series.

As the number one bowler in the ODI rankings, Siraj will now be expected to continue bowling for India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Regarding this, Siraj recently talked to the team’s experienced spinner Ravichandran Ashwin for his YouTube channel. During this, Ashwin asked Siraj that how do you feel being the number one bowler. To this Siraj said, ‘It looks very nice. Didn’t think that I would become number one bowler.
