Meanwhile, 50 runs came out of his bat at a strike rate of 156.25. Rajapaksa hit a total of five fours and two sixes during his fine innings.

Team Southee was the most successful bowler against Punjab for Kolkata Knight Riders. He bowled a total of four overs for the team. Meanwhile, he got two successes. Apart from this, Umesh Yadav, Sunil Narine and Varun Chakraborty took one wicket each.
