Preparations for the first ODI against West Indies started, Team India did indoor practice due to rain

IND vs WI ODI Series: Team India’s ODI squad has started its preparations in the West Indies. On Wednesday (July 20), Team India had its first Net Session here. The Indian team’s first practice session here was indoor as it rained almost all day in Trinidad on Wednesday. BCCI has also shared the video of this practice session of Indian players on social media.

It is seen in the video that the Queen’s Park Oval cricket stadium in Trinidad is flooded due to heavy rain. In such a situation, Indian players start indoor practice in the stadium itself. Meanwhile, Shubman Gill says, ‘When we came from UK, we thought that it would be good if we do a net session but it started raining here and then we had to go for indoor practice. It was better to do indoor practice than to do nothing. Well enjoyed I practiced on some under arm balls.
