New Delhi. The second semi-final match of Road Safety World Series 2022 is being played on Friday i.e. today between Sri Lanka Legends and West Indies Legends in Raipur. In this exciting match, Sri Lankan team, batting first after losing the toss, set a target of 173 runs in front of West Indies for the loss of nine wickets in the allotted overs.

The most successful batsman for Sri Lanka in today’s match was middle-order player Ishan Jayaratne. Batting at the fifth order for the team, he played an important innings of 31 runs in 19 balls at a strike rate of 163.15. During this, one four and two sixes came off his bat. Apart from Jayaratne, Sanath Jayasuriya opened the innings for the team, 26 with the help of three fours in 19 balls and Jeevan Mendis contributed 25 runs in 15 balls in the lower order.

Apart from these three batsmen, other Sri Lankan cricketers were seen battling in front of the Caribbean giants. Devendra Bishoo and Krishnamar Santoki got two successes each for West Indies Legends today. Apart from this, Suleiman Benn, Dwayne Smith, Jerome Taylor and Darren Powell took one wicket each respectively.

Let us tell you that the team which will get victory in today’s match will face India Legends in the final match. India has entered the final after defeating Australia Legends by five wickets in the first semi-final match.
