Telugu Titans vs UP Yoddhas: In the 74th match of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), UP Yoddha won by a margin against Telugu Titans. This is the second consecutive win for UP and they are unbeaten from the last four matches. Overall, he has won the sixth match of this season. This is the 10th consecutive defeat for the Titans and 12th overall.
UP took the lead in the first half
The game was almost level in the first five minutes, but after that UP started dominating. Surender Gill showed the way to four defenders while raiding five points in the seventh minute. In the very next minute, the team of Titans was all out and UP took a 15-8 lead in the match. Surender had achieved nine points alone during this period. UP team was ahead 21-15 till half time.
Both the teams had equal five points each in defence, but UP scored four points more in raiding. Siddharth Desai single-handedly struggled in raiding for Titans and got eight raid points for his team. Parvesh Bhainswal’s performance in the defense was excellent, who scored four tackle points.
Titans shattered in the second half
In the second half, Titans started making a comeback and in the first five minutes they reduced UP’s lead to just one point. During this, Siddharth Desai also completed his Super-10. UP was on the verge of getting all out in the seventh minute, but the last player Mahipal saved his team from getting all out by doing a super raid. UP again took a seven point lead by doing two super tackles.
In the 13th minute, the team of Titans was all out again and UP had a big lead of 12 points. The team of Titans could never cut this lead and UP easily won the match. Sumit made a strong performance in the defense for UP, scoring seven tackle points.
