New Delhi. The first semi-final match of Road Safety World Series 2022 was played between India Legends and Australia Legends in Raipur on Thursday. In this match, India Legends team won by five wickets with four balls to spare. With this victory, the team of India Legends has also entered the finals.
The hero of the semi-final match was wicket-keeper opener Naman Ojha. Opening the innings, he played an unbeaten half-century of 90 runs in 62 balls at a strike rate of 145.16. During this, seven fours and five excellent sixes came from his bat. Ojha was also adjudged ‘Player of the Match’ for this fine performance.

Apart from Ojha, the player who contributed the most in the story of Indian victory was the all-rounder Irfan Pathan. Actually, at one time this match seemed to be going out of the hands of the Indian team, but in the lower order, Pathan played an important role in winning the Indian team while batting explosively.
Pathan took the lead after the dismissals of Sachin Tendulkar (10), Suresh Raina (11), Yuvraj Singh (18), Stuart Binny (2) and Yusuf Pathan (1), 37* in just 12 balls at a strike rate of 308.33. Contributed important runs. During this, four sixes and two excellent fours came from his bat. Due to this excellent batting of Pathan, the team of India Legends entered the final at the loss of five wickets with four balls to spare.
