World record of partnership registered in the name of Mehdi-Mahmudullah, achieved against India

India vs Bangladesh Mehidy Hasan Miraz Mahmudullah: The second match of the ODI series between India and Bangladesh is being played in Dhaka. A special record was registered in the name of the partnership between Mehdi and Mahmudullah. This was the third highest partnership for the 7th wicket in Men’s ODI cricket.

The pair has jointly reached the third place in terms of the biggest partnership for the 7th wicket in Men’s ODI cricket. Earlier this year, UAE’s Basil Hameed and Kashif Dawood shared a 148-run partnership against Namibia. In this case, the pair of Jos Buttler and Adil Rashid of England is on top. Both these batsmen played a partnership of 177 runs against New Zealand in the year 2015.
