New Delhi. Germany’s luxury car maker Audi is going to launch two new electric cars in the market soon. The company is all set to officially discontinue the e-tron and launch the new Q8 e-tron and Q8 Sportback e-tron this week. Sharing a teaser image of the two electric cars, Audi announced that both will make their global debut on Wednesday, November 9.
Model updates of the Q8 e-tron and Q8 Sportback have been on Audi’s agenda for a long time. Electric SUVs are in the market since 2018. Although Audi has not officially revealed the names of the models in its teaser. Audi had previously confirmed that the Q8 e-tron would be the successor to the German carmaker’s EV brand nameplate associated with it when the new generation model debuts in 2026.

Car will be equipped with big battery
Sharing the teaser on its social media, Audi said that soon the curtains will be lifted on the Q8 e-tron. There will not be much change in the design of these new Audi cars, but there can be many changes technically. The Q8 e-tron 50 might get a bigger 95 kWh battery.

How will the design be?
The design of the two new electric cars will not be much different from the upcoming models. Both the cars will come with a single frame grille, while the design of the bumpers will get some minor updates and the headlamps will get new lighting technology. There could be a slight design update at the rear as well.
Know how much will be the range?
On the contrary, at the technical level, the updates are expected to be very high. According to reports, the electric system of the new Q8 e-tron and Q8 Sportback e-tron will get a major update to take on rivals like the BMW IX or the Mercedes EQE SUV. The car will get a 110 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which will give a range of over 600 km on a single charge. The charging capacity can also increase significantly.
