Honda made a plan to surround Creta, will launch this new SUV car after 1 month, Maruti’s trouble will increase

Honda New Mid-Size SUV: Hyundai Creta is currently the most popular mid-size SUV in the country. It is at the forefront of sales in the segment. However, now Honda is going to enter the fray to compete with Creta in the segment. The company has made preparations to launch a new mid-size SUV in the country. It can be unveiled next month or till June.

The new Honda mid-size SUV is built on the same platform as the Honda City and has been specially designed for India. The new Honda mid-size SUV gets a bold, upright grille, sleek headlights, muscular wheel arches, a raked windshield and chrome touches. The design fits perfectly for an SUV. Although the company has not made any disclosure about this, but discussion has started in the media about it.

The car will be equipped with many great features
As far as dimensions are concerned, the length of the Honda mid-size SUV will be around 4.3 metres. The design of the SUV will be similar to some of the global models from Honda, now popular among carmakers in India. Honda is expected to offer many advanced features inside the SUV like a large touchscreen infotainment system, navigation, connected car technology, ventilated seats, a sunroof, wireless charging, auto headlights and wipers, steering-mounted controls. Due to the platform being made of Honda City, good safety can also be expected in it.

SUV’s engine will be powerful
The new Honda SUV may get a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine like the City sedan. However, it has been re-tuned for more power. According to sources, Honda may also introduce a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, but will skip the hybrid engine for the time being. Gearbox options will include a manual and a CVT. In terms of safety, the SUV will have many features like 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, stability control, ISOFIX child seat anchors and more. It is expected that Honda’s new SUV will also get a five star safety rating.
