After this, the company is now considering launching an updated variant of the Verna, which has been seen during testing in India. It is expected that Hyundai will launch the Verna in India next year and it is likely that it will not even attend the Auto Expo.

How will the engine be?
The 2023 Hyundai Verna gets front and rear bumpers, new dual-tone alloy wheels, a shark fin antenna and LED lighting at the front and rear. The headlight along with the tail lamps has been redesigned and the Verna also gets a new grille as compared to the current-gen. Overall, the 2023 Hyundai Verna looks more advanced while retaining its character.

this will be the engine
The 2023 Hyundai Verna will be offered with the existing 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines. This engine can generate power of 113 bhp. In addition, it will also get a second 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, which can generate power of 118 Bhp. The gearbox options will be carried forward as before, which includes a manual, DCT, CVT and torque converter.

The car can be launched with a hybrid engine
It is expected that the company can now launch it with a mild hybrid petrol engine. However, there is no confirmation until Hyundai officially announces a hybrid powertrain.
