Complain on ‘Railway Madad’

  • You first click on https://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in.
  • You have to enter the mobile number and click on Send OTP.
  • Now enter the OTP received on your mobile.
  • Enter the PNR number of your ticket booking.
  • Now select your complaint by clicking on Type.
  • Select the date of the event.
  • Now write your complaint in detail.
  • After that click on Submit Submit.
