Lava Blaze Pro Review: Pocket friendly phone with great packaging, would it be the right decision to buy? Know details

New Delhi. Domestic smartphone brand LAVA has been making constant efforts with the intention of breaking the magic of Chinese smartphones in India. As a result of this, after Lava Blaze, the company has launched its upgraded version Lava Blaze Pro in India. The phone has been introduced with the #ProudlyIndian tagline. Talking about the details on paper, Lava Blaze Pro is a pocket friendly smartphone that comes with great packaging and build quality. 5000mAh battery is given in Lava Blaze Pro. Also 6.5 inch display and 50 megapixel triple rear camera setup is available. But how exactly is the Lava Blaze Pro different from the onpaper details? Is it pocket friendly as well as powerpack. We will know this in today’s review…

If we talk about the design, then the Lava Blaze Pro smartphone is great. Although the design of the phone seems to be inspired by Blue S91 Pro. Glass has been used on the rear panel of the phone. Whereas the phone comes in a plastic frame. Due to the use of glass on the back, fingerprints are not visible when holding the phone. The phone comes in a glossy finish, which makes the phone premium. A small camera setup has been given in the rear of the phone. The USB to Type C port, 3.5mm audio jack and single speaker grill are provided at the bottom of the phone. Whereas the power button is given with the volume rocker in the right. Fingerprint sensor support has been provided along with the power button. In terms of design, the Lava Blaze Pro smartphone is quite good in the price point of Rs 10,000.

Lava blaze Pro has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display. The display of the phone supports 720/1600 pixels. Its screen to body ratio is 81.5 percent. The phone has been given 90Hz refresh rate support. The screen performance of the phone has been very good. YouTube videos can be viewed in this phone at 1080P. But as it is known that the support of L1 Widevine has not been given in the phone. In such a situation, you will not be able to watch HD content on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Good colors are available in the phone. The brightness of the phone is quite good. Although the phone struggles a bit in daylight. Rest of the phone display is fine.

If we talk about the camera, then the triple rear camera setup has been given in the rear of the phone. Its primary camera has been given 50 megapixel camera. Apart from this, 2 megapixel macro camera and a VGA camera are available. Very detailed pictures and videos are clicked from the primary camera of the phone. Also the 2MP camera also works well. But why the VGA camera is given, I myself do not understand. The phone works well in both indoor and outdoor lighting conditions. A 5MP selfie camera has been given in the rear of the same phone. Photos and videos clicked from the phone get good colors and details.

Gaming can be done in the phone. However, when I played low games like Call of Duty, I found the issue of frame drop during this time, so my advice would be that using Lava Blaze Pro for gaming would not prove to be a good option. Apart from gaming, the phone works well. The phone is very good in daily use. MediaTek Helio G37 chipset support has been given in Lava Blaze Pro. The phone has 4 GB RAM and 3 GB virtual RAM support. Also 64 GB onboard storage support has been provided. With this setup, there is no issue of hanging in the phone when multiple apps are open. The phone comes with Android 12 operating system support. The phone has a single speaker grille, so if you listen to loud music, then you may have to face a little disappointment.

Lava Blaze Pro smartphone has been given 5000mAh battery support. The phone is good in terms of battery. But the phone will disappoint equally in terms of charging. Actually a 10W charger has been given with the phone, due to which it takes about 3 hours to charge the phone. The same initial 50 percent charge took more than 2 hours. In such a situation, the company definitely needs to improve in charging. The phone can comfortably spend the whole day on average use in single charging.

our decision
If you are switching from feature phone to smartphone or are looking to buy Lava Blaze Pro as a secondary smartphone, then this will be a good decision. But as a primary phone, other smartphones coming in this price range can also be considered. The phone is quite good in terms of design and camera.
