LIC earned a bang of ₹ 15,952 crore in the September quarter, know how much was the share price

Lic’s September Quarter Net Profit 2022 : Life Insurance Corporation of India, the country’s largest insurance company, has made impressive earnings in the September quarter of the current financial year. According to the September quarter results of LCI, the net profit has increased manifold to Rs 15,952 crore. The insurance company had earned a net profit of Rs 1,434 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. The net profit of the insurance company was Rs 682.9 crore in the April-June quarter. LIC’s gross non-performing assets (NPA) stood at Rs 26,111 crore in the September quarter. It stood at Rs 26,619 crore in the April-June quarter, as against Rs 28,929 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Let us tell you that during the second quarter of LIC, the total premium income has increased to Rs 1,32,631.72 crore as compared to Rs 1,04,913.92 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The total income of LIC has increased to Rs 22,29,488.5 crore during the quarter. Which was Rs 18,72,043.6 crore in the same period 1 year ago.

LIC’s first year premium has increased by 11 percent to Rs 9124.7 crore in the month of September, from Rs 8198.30 crore earlier. During this period, the renewal premium increased by 2 per cent to Rs 56,156 crore while the single premium increased by 62 per cent to Rs 66,901 crore.

LIC’s share remained so much
On November 11, 2022, LIC’s stock closed at Rs 628.05 with a gain of 1.17 per cent on the BSE. LIC was listed in the stock market in May 2022. The stock has lost more than 28 per cent from its listing price of Rs 872.
