Tata Motors hikes prices of its passenger vehicles, new prices will be applicable from November 7

Tata Motors Hike Cost of Passenger Vehicles: The country’s largest automobile company Tata Motors has given a big blow to its customers. If you are planning to buy a Tata car in the coming days, then for this you will have to loose more pockets now. The company has announced that it is going to increase the price of its passenger vehicles (Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Price Hike). This increase will come into effect from 7 November 2022. Let us know that this increase will be different on the basis of different models and variants. This increase will be up to a total of 0.90% (Tata Motors Car Price Hike).

There was a price hike in July as well.
The company said with this announcement that the cost of making a car has increased continuously in recent times. In such a situation, the company itself was bearing the majority of this increased cost, but now after the increase in the input cost, the company has to take a decision to increase the price of the vehicle. Even before this, the company had increased the price of its passenger wheeler by a total of 0.55% in the month of July. Since then, the company’s prices of cars like Harrier, Nexon, Punch, Safari were increased. Now after this increase, the cost of the car will increase further on the customers.

Company’s sales increase in the festive season
Significantly, in the festive season i.e. the month of October, a total increase of 15.49% has been seen in the sales of Tata Motors. The company has sold a total of 78,335 vehicles in the month of October 2022. At the same time, a total of 67,829 vehicles have been sold last month. The company has released all its data on 1 November 2022. Along with this, the company has also told that along with electric vehicles (Tata Motors Electric Vehicles) the company has sold about 45,423 passenger vehicles in the domestic market in the month of October.

Whereas last year this figure was only for 34,155 vehicles. In such a situation, an increase of 33% has been registered in the sales of Tata in the domestic market. At the same time, there has been a decline of 10% in the export of vehicles in the month of October. Last year it was 230 units which has now come down to 206 units.
