The company first launched the Dark Edition of Harrier.
The Dark Edition of Safari was also launched by Tata.
New Delhi. Tata Motors has launched special editions of many of its popular models in the Indian market in the recent past. Until recently, special editions of cars were not much liked in the market here. Punto Abarth and Ford Figo S are examples of this. Their special editions were not liked by the customers.
Now Indian car companies are constantly bringing special editions of their popular models and customers are also liking them. Examples are the i20 N Line and Kia’s X Line. Hyundai also launched the Knight Edition of the Creta.

Tata Motor Special Edition
Tata Motors is also continuously launching special editions of many of its models in the market. Tata made its debut in 2019 with the special edition of the Harrier. Tata has already launched 4 sets of Special Edition with its models. This move has proved to be very beneficial for Tata as well. According to a report, the key sales of Tata’s special edition are 15% of the company’s total PV sales, which is a very good figure.

Tata first launched the Dark Edition of Harrier which was launched in the market in 2019. The Dark Edition is in great demand in the market so far. The dark editions of Harrier and Safari account for around 45-50% of their sales. In September 2021, we got the Gold Edition only for Safari. This is a model brought with genuine leather seats. The Gold Edition also gets seat ventilation for the rear captain seats.
