There will be no fire hazard, for the first time, electric sports bike will come with liquid cooled battery, will be launched next month


The all-new electric sports bike will be launched on November 21.
It will be the first bike to come with a liquid-cooled battery pack.
It is being developed completely indigenously.

New Delhi. Ahmedabad based tech start up Matter has announced that they will launch their first electric vehicle on 21st November. The company says that it will be a “sports electric bike”. The highlight of the new electric motorcycle is that it will have India’s first liquid-cooled battery pack. As of now, no information has been given on the design, battery capacity or riding range of the motorcycle.

The company says that the battery pack has gone through rigorous testing to ensure safety and reliability. This is the first time a manufacturer in India will be using a liquid-cooled battery pack.

The company will give jobs on a large scale
The initial batch of the upcoming electric sports motorcycle will be assembled at the company’s new Changodar plant in Ahmedabad. Spread over 2,00,000 square feet, this manufacturing plant can produce 60,000 units of electric vehicles every year. Also, its production capacity can be increased to 2,00,000 units. In the coming years, the company will directly and indirectly employ about 1000 people.

Fully indigenously made bike
The new bike will be launched on 21st November by Group Founder of Matter Mohal Lalbhai. He said, “We believe that we have created something unique for the riders to enjoy. At the same time, this happiness is also more because it is being sold completely indigenously. Motorcycles as a category in the electric two-wheeler world are completely untouched and are yet to flourish. We are proud of our work and can’t wait to show it to our consumers.”

The company will start dealership
Arun Pratap Singh, Group Co-Founder and COO, Matter said, “EVs are still in their early stages and it is imperative that we invest in a niche that builds brand affinity and trust among potential consumers and the larger EV community. We plan to work with our network partners to help consumers understand more about the emerging category through the retail experience.
