Story of ‘Khaki’ (Khakee The Bihar Chapter Review)
25-year-old Amit Lodha (Karan Takkar) from Rajasthan arrives in Bihar with a newly married bride. His first posting took place here as soon as he became an IPS. When the people of Bihar were struggling with political corruption along with crime, theft, bloodshed and casteism, this spirited boy tried to change the atmosphere. In the first round, he stopped the rail strike with his fighting spirit and in the second round, he cleaned the city by sending MP’s brother (Ravi Kishan) and Chandan Mahto (Avinash Tiwari) to jail. After this his posting is from Sheikhpura, Begusarai to Muzaffarpur. Amit Lodha gradually became the Singham of Bihar, while on the other hand Chandan Mahato, a low caste entangled in the quagmire of crime, becomes the new king of the capital of crime. The carnage of Chandan Mahto and the style of Singham goes on in 7 episodes.

Ravi Kishan’s role is small but good. Neeraj Pandey has put the entire responsibility on the shoulders of Karan Takkar and Avinash Tiwari. Avinash Tiwari has tried to fulfill this responsibility. In the character of Chandan, he looks somewhere coward and somewhere dreadful. At the same time, Karan Takkar is also seen giving his 100% in the role of rough and tough Amit Lodha. Karan has also previously worked with Neeraj Pandey in the Special Ops web series. On the other hand, Karan who used to be seen in a very sweet style in the serial Ek Thousand Mein Meri Bahna Hai. Neeraj Pandey has used him well. Talking about acting, praise has to be given to Ashutosh Rana and Aishwarya Sushmita. Who put life to the character with his talent.

How Chandan, who once used to steal diesel, is made the king of the world of crime, the writers get defeated in roasting it completely. Both writer and director have tried to give this series a touch of films like ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Rangbaaz’, ‘Gangajal’. Just because of this treatment ‘Khaki’ does not rise above the average. Many series and films have already been made on ‘Police vs Gangster’. Nothing new can be seen in this ‘Khaki’ apart from them.

This time Neeraj Pandey has not been successful in creating a current like ‘Special Ops’ web series. The reason for this is that this time the writer was Neeraj Pandey but the command of the direction was in the hands of Bhav Dhulia, who brought praise-e-worthy web series like ‘Rangbaaz’. The problem with Bhav Dhulia is that he has once again appeared with the exact same crime web series, which has the same tone and treatment. For all these reasons, ‘Khaki’ has neither been able to make it memorable nor does it look cumbersome.
