Kathmandu: After becoming the Prime Minister of Nepal again, KP Sharma Oli has once again taken a big and wrong step to increase enmity with India. This has increased the possibility of a huge tension in the relations between India and Nepal. According to sources, this decision of KP Oli, who has a special love for China, is being believed to have been taken at the behest of Beijing. Earlier also, while being the Prime Minister, KP Oli had spoiled the relations with India a lot with his wrong decisions. Now KP Oli is on the same path again. Actually, the Nepal government has now decided to show the areas that are part of India on the disputed map of Nepal. For this, Nepal is going to print notes.

The clear meaning of this move of Nepal is that by showing Indian territories on the map of its currency, it wants to show the world that the neighbouring country has occupied its land. It is being told that the Central Bank of Nepal is preparing to print new banknotes with a revised map within a year, which will also include the disputed areas with India. This information was given in a news published in the media on Tuesday.

Nepal’s media claimed

Online news portal ‘Nepalkhabar.com’ quoted Nepal Rastra Bank’s joint spokesperson Dilliram Pokhrel as saying that Nepal Rastra Bank has already advanced the process of printing bank notes with the new map, which includes Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura. Pokhrel said that the bank has already advanced the process of printing new notes and it will be completed in six months to one year. However, when asked for a response to the news portal’s report, the bank’s spokesperson was not available for comment. KP Oli has approved it.

However, it is being claimed that this decision was taken by the Nepal Cabinet under the leadership of then Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on May 3 to print new bank notes including the revised map, which showed Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura as part of Nepal. KP Sharma Oli has also done such a thing in the past when he was the PM. Whereas India has repeatedly clarified that Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura are its territories. (Language)
