Washington: The United States on Wednesday mourned the death of senior industrialist Ratan Naval Tata and remembered him as the man who led India to greater prosperity and development. Former Tata Group chairman Ratan Tata, 86, transformed a small conglomerate into one of India’s largest and most influential conglomerates. He died on Wednesday night at Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai.
