Obama said, “America is ready for a new chapter. We are ready for Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris is also ready.” He said, “The world is watching what will happen in the elections to be held in November. Most of the people of the country do not want to live in a country that is divided, we want something good.”
‘Joe Biden will be remembered as a great president’
The former US President said, “We have a chance to elect a person who has spent her entire life trying to give people the same opportunities that America gave her… Kamala Harris, the next President of the United States. It has been 16 years since I had the honor of accepting this party’s nomination for President… Looking back, I can say without question that my first big decision as your candidate made me your best friend. I was asking Joe Biden to serve with me as Vice President… History will remember Joe Biden as a great President who protected democracy at a time of great danger. I am proud to call him my President and even more proud to call him my friend.”
Kamala Harris will face Donald Trump
Obama said, “Our job is to convince people that democracy can do a lot and Kamala Harris understands this very well.” Kamala Harris will be officially chosen as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate on Thursday at the Democratic National Convention. She will face Republican candidate Donald Trump in the presidential election to be held on November 5.

Meanwhile, former US President Barack Obama said about Donald Trump, “Donald Trump ended those agreements related to migrants, which would have helped in securing our southern border.” He said, “Trump did this because he thought that trying to actually solve the problem would harm his campaign.”
