The Supreme Court had ruled last month by a majority of six against three that Trump is completely immune from the charges in this regard.

In a statement shared on the social media platform ‘Truth Social’, Trump called the new indictment a “desperate step” and said that this indictment is another attempt to target him. He said that the new indictment also has “all the problems that were in the old indictment and it should be dismissed immediately.”
