Karachi: At least four Pakistani army soldiers were killed in a terrorist attack on Saturday near the border with Iran in Kech district of Pakistan’s Balochistan province. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement, “On April 1, 2023, a group of terrorists from Iranian territory attacked a routine border patrol of Pakistani security forces in Jalgai sector along the Pakistan-Iran border in Kech district.” attacked.”

The ISPR said “necessary communication” is being made with the Iranian side for “effective action against terrorists” in the region and to prevent such incidents in future. Home Minister Rana Sanaullah condemned the attack and paid tribute to the slain soldiers.
