Pakistan General Asim Munir: Pakistan’s newly appointed Army Chief (COAS) General Asim Munir has spewed venom against India. Giving a provocative statement on Saturday (December 3), General Asim Munir said that India will never succeed in its nefarious designs and any misadventure will be given a befitting reply. According to the media wing of the Pakistan Army, the army chief visited border areas in the Rakhchikri sector of the Line of Control (LoC) on Saturday and made the remarks during an interaction with soldiers.

General Asim Munir was briefed about the latest situation on the LoC. Interacting with the officers and soldiers, the Army Chief appreciated their high morale, professional competence and combat readiness while performing their duties under challenging conditions.

General Aseem said that he has taken note of the highly irresponsible statements of the Indian leadership on Gilgit, Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir recently.
