PM Modi on Ukraine visit.
India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a visit to Ukraine. On Friday, PM Modi met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and hugged him. Along with Zelensky, PM Modi also visited the National Museum of Ukraine where he paid tribute to the children killed in the war. PM Modi also visited Russia recently. PM Modi has also discussed with Zelensky the issues that he discussed with Russian President Putin then.

India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has shared important details related to PM Modi’s visit to Ukraine. During this, S Jaishankar has told that Prime Minister Modi has also talked to Zelensky about his recent discussion with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow. Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said that India believes that both sides should talk to each other to find a solution.
4 agreements were also signed
Foreign Minister Jaishankar has said that most of the discussions between Prime Minister Modi and President Zelensky were about the war in Ukraine. The Ukrainian side wants India’s continued participation in the global peace summit. Apart from this, many agreements have been signed between India and Ukraine during this visit of PM Modi. An Agreement has been signed between the Government of India and Ukraine on cooperation in the field of agriculture and food industry.

An agreement has also been reached between India and Ukraine regarding cooperation on the regulation of medical products.

Agreement on the Programme of Cultural Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of India and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine for the years 2024-2028.

An agreement has also been reached between India and Ukraine regarding Indian assistance for the implementation of community development projects.
