Russia rained missiles, Ukraine trembled – Hindustan News Hub

Kyiv: Russia has launched a fierce attack on Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday condemned the attacks carried out by Russia on his country overnight and in the morning. Zelensky called Russia’s attacks “abhorrent” and said that more than 100 missiles of different types and about 100 “Shahid” drones were used in it. The Ukrainian leader said that “some people have died” and many others have been injured.

Ukraine’s energy sector suffers losses

President Volodymyr Zelensky has also confirmed that the Russian attack has caused “significant damage” to Ukraine’s energy sector. Zelensky said, “Like Russia’s previous attacks, this was also disgusting in which important civilian infrastructure was targeted. From Kharkiv and Kiev to Odessa and our western regions were targeted.” (AP)

This is believed to be the biggest attack by Russia in the last few weeks. The attacks carried out by Russia were aimed at the energy infrastructure in Ukraine. Due to the Russian attacks, sounds of explosions were heard in the capital Kiev and power supply was disrupted in some areas of the city.

Ukraine drone attack

Meanwhile, let us also tell you here that Ukraine has attacked a 38-storey building in Saratov, Russia with a drone. The building which has been attacked is the tallest building in the city. There was a stir after this attack by Ukraine. The Russian Defense Ministry has said that its air defense systems have destroyed 9 drones in the Saratov region. Flights at Saratov airport have been banned amid Ukraine’s drone attacks.
