Japanese PM said – this is a threat to peace and security
Kishida said Russia’s actions to threaten the use of nuclear weapons pose a serious threat to the peace and security of the international community and are completely unacceptable. In May next year, a meeting of the G7 countries is to be held in Hiroshima, Japan. It will include the heads of countries with the top seven economies of the world. This is the same city on which America dropped the atomic bomb on 6 August 1945 during World War II. In this attack 140,000 people were killed, while millions were also injured. Children born in Hiroshima for a long time were found to be suffering from some serious illness due to nuclear radiation.
Kishida said – it will be against humanity
Japanese Prime Minister Kishida, who is visiting Australia, said the 77-year period for the use of nuclear weapons should not end. He said that if nuclear weapons were used, it would be a hostile act against humanity… the international community would never allow such an act. Japan fears that if nuclear weapons are used, the devastation will be so great that it will take generations to recover from it. Japan was able to eliminate the scourge of the atomic bomb in several decades, despite being a developed country and advances in technology. In such a situation, if Ukraine’s capital Kyiv is attacked, then crores of people will be killed in the blink of an eye.
why did japan go crazy
77 years ago on August 6 and 9, the US attacked the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki with atomic bombs. About 140,000 people were killed in this attack in Hiroshima. On the other hand, about 74000 people died in Nagasaki. The bombing caused so much damage to Japan that it surrendered on 14 August 1945. The survivors of this bombing are called Hibakusha in Japan. The survivors had to suffer radiation and psychological illnesses due to the atomic bomb attack.
