According to Ukrainian officials, these 47 deaths occurred in Russian missile attacks on a mall in Kharkiv. After the Russian attacks in Kharkiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with his Western allies and sought permission to attack Russia with the missiles provided by them.
