Islamabad: After the conclusion of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has left for New Delhi. While leaving Islamabad, he has written a special message for Pakistan on his X handle. The Foreign Minister has thanked Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar during his departure to India. Along with this, he has also expressed gratitude to the Government of Pakistan for the welcome and hospitality.

Jaishankar is the first Indian Foreign Minister to visit Pakistan in the last decade. Relations between India and Pakistan have been tense since the Pulwama attack in Jammu and Kashmir. All talks at political or other level are closed with the neighboring country.
