Israel Hamas War: A person of Indian origin was killed in the missile attack in Israel on Monday. Two others went missing. The deceased was identified as Pat Nibin Maxwell, who hails from Kerala. Hezbollah, a supporter of Hamas, attacked northern Israel. According to the deceased’s father Mathros Maxwell, Israeli officials were not allowing his son to go to a safe place. The father of the deceased told that his elder son is also in Israel. He told that Nibin was injured. Later, at around 12.45 midnight, the news of his death came.
The deceased had gone to Israel two months ago
The father told that Pat Nibin Maxwell had gone to Israel for work two months ago. During this time he was working in a farm. He also has a wife and a son. The wife is still pregnant. On the other hand, the Israeli Embassy has expressed grief over this incident on the social media platform X.
The attack happened while farming
He said, “We are saddened by the news of the death and injuries of an Indian-origin national. The attack was carried out by Shia terrorist organization Hezbollah when he was cultivating an orchard in Margaliet.” After this incident, India has issued an advisory for Indians living in Israel.
