According to media reports, the pastry shopkeeper sold tarts containing fake eggs. In fact, the staff sitting in the shop could not differentiate between the fake and the real one and inadvertently sold five tarts to the customers. This incident is from Andrews in Osaka. Later the shopkeeper apologized to the customer for this mistake.

A representative of the company told AFP news agency on Wednesday, “We are very sorry that we accidentally sold the samples.” A clerk realized the mistake soon after the sale and contacted the customers. The shopkeeper said that now stickers will be used to avoid such mistake in future. Actually, things made of plastic are kept in the shops as a sample.
