Volcano erupts in Indonesia.
Big news of accident is coming out in Indonesia. Here in Flores Island there was a volcanic eruption around midnight on Monday. Indonesia’s Disaster Management Agency has said that due to this disaster many houses have been burnt and at least six people have died. After this incident, with the increase in volcanic eruptions in Indonesia, the alert situation has been raised to the highest level.

Due to the volcanic eruption in Flores Island, ash has spread in the air at a height of about 2000 meters. Due to this, hot ash engulfed a nearby village. Many houses including a convent of a Catholic nun were burnt and 6 people died. Initially the death toll was reported as 9 but after receiving information from local people it was reduced to 6.
Fear of people being buried under debris
Indonesia’s disaster management agency has said that it is gathering information about the loss of life and property due to the volcanic eruptions.
