What did Justin Trudeau say that provoked Sri Lanka, protested by summoning the Canadian High Commissioner

Sri Lanka has strongly objected to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s statement on Tamil genocide. The Sri Lankan Foreign Ministry has summoned the Canadian High Commissioner and said that such an irresponsible statement by the leader of a country spreads disharmony in the society. Sri Lanka asked Canada to refrain from such statements.
