Trying to blackout me from TV and YouTube?’

In another tweet, Imran said, ‘Tomorrow our Gujranwala Jalsa Hakiki Azadi movement will be the last of the current phase. I will announce the next important step at the prom. What is ‘Minus One Formula’ in Pakistan?
Imran Khan’s PTI has started a ground protest against the ‘minus-one formula’, a popular term used in Pakistan politics. To sum up this word in a nutshell, it is an attempt to turn a political party against its own leader. In Pakistan, it is usually used by the army.

Big faces could not escape the formula
In the past, popular politicians like Liaquat Ali Khan, Fatima Jinnah, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Nawaz Sharif etc. have fallen prey to this formula. Many such civilian leaders in Pakistan were sidelined in questionable ways as they grew older. Several prime ministers and presidents, as well as many other leaders, were believed to have crossed the red line and described themselves as being ‘minus-one’ victims when they tried to do so.
