  • Jowar flour – half cup
  • Wheat flour – half cup
  • Ragi flour – half cup
  • Oats, Daliya – half cup
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • shredded carrots
  • finely chopped coriander
  • 2 green chillies
  • half teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Oil – as per requirement
  • Salt – as per taste

Multigrain Cheela Recipe

First of all, take a mixer jar, add jowar flour, half cup wheat flour, half cup ragi flour, oats, half cup oatmeal. After that add ginger, green chilli and a little water and make a smooth batter. Now pour this batter in a bowl and add water as per requirement. Now add salt as per taste. Now add finely chopped onion, tomato, carrot, finely chopped green chillies to this batter and mix well.

Now heat a non-stick pan on medium flame. When the pan becomes hot, add oil and spread it all around. After this, take out the batter with a ladle and then pour it in the middle of the pan and spread it round with the help of the ladle. Let it cook for some time, then pour oil around it and then turn it and cook on the other side. Now apply some oil on the other side of the cheela and fry. Bake the chiles from both the sides until their color becomes golden. After this, take out the cheela in a plate. Your multigrain cheela is ready, eat it with your mother-in-law.
