This barfi made from coconut powder and jaggery looks very good. If any guests are coming to the house or a party is organized, then you can quickly make jaggery and coconut barfi. Diabetic patients can also taste coconut barfi. Know how to make jaggery and coconut barfi and what things will be needed to make it?

How to make Coconut Barfi Recipe:

step 1- First of all, you have to take 4 cups of coconut powder. If you don’t have the powder, then grind the coconut and make a coarse paste.

Step 2- Now put 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan and add grated coconut and fry it till it becomes fragrant. Now add 2½ cups of jaggery in the pan and cook it till it melts.

Step 3- To make instant mawa, put 1 tsp ghee in a pan and then add ¼ cup milk to it. Now add half cup milk powder and mix it well. When the mawa starts leaving the pan, take it out.

Step 4- Now put the mawa in the pan containing jaggery and add coconut powder to it. Now keep cooking all three things till it leaves the pan. Now add some cardamom powder and 1 teaspoon ghee and mix.

Step 5- Apply ghee on a plate or put baking paper on it and spread this prepared mixture on the plate. Now press it to make it flat and then keep it aside to set.

Step 6- After about 2 hours, cut it into barfi shapes or any shape you like. Tasty coconut jaggery barfi is ready. You can store it in the fridge and eat it easily throughout the week.
