Youth play a major role in the progress of any country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched ‘Developed India @2047: Voice of Youth’ portal especially for the youth. In which PM Narendra Modi addressed the Vice Chancellors of universities, heads of institutions and faculty members in workshops organized in Raj Bhavans across the country. Let us tell you that the aim of PM Modi is to actively involve the youth of the country in the formulation of national plans, priorities and goals.
New direction for ‘Voice of Youth’ career
Under the Voice of Youth Project of the Government of India, the youth will get a new direction in their career. If the youth give suggestions to the government regarding new ideas, the government will not only honor those youth but will also include them in the project. The youth of the country are going to get a new direction in the field of education through Voice of Youth.
The youth of the country will give suggestions to the government
The section of Developed India@2047 has been launched inside the MyGov portal. It has a section on ideas for the vision of a developed India. On this online portal, youth can give suggestions on 5 different themes. The government will honor the youth who give the best 10 suggestions by giving them awards.
Every year 1 lakh youth will get training in Odisha
Youth are being given training under the specific skill development program in Odisha. The government’s aim is to provide employment to about 1 lakh youth of the state by training them in different skills in one year. At present, youth are being continuously trained in 10 districts of Odisha by linking them with skill development programmes.
Target to make India a developed nation by 2047
According to a release issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Modi’s vision is to actively involve the young generation in the formulation of national plans, priorities and goals for the country. In line with this vision, the ‘Developed India @2047: Voice of Youth’ initiative will provide a platform to the youth of the country to contribute ideas towards the vision of a developed India. The PMO further said that Developed India@2047 aims to make India a developed nation by 2047, the 100th year of its independence.
