Three superstars had rejected the film
According to reports, making ‘Don’ was not at all easy for the makers. This film was offered to Dev Anand, Jeetendra and Dharmendra, but everyone rejected it for some reason or the other. After this, this film was offered to Amitabh Bachchan and he immediately agreed. Surprisingly, when the work on the script of the film was going on, the title had not been decided at that time. Before the name was decided, the film was called Don Wali Script.
