CM Arvind Kejriwal sent to ED remand

New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal is in ED custody in the Delhi liquor scam case. Meanwhile, Kejriwal has also received a big blow from Rouse Avenue Court. Actually, Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to ED custody by Rouse Avenue Court. In fact, during the hearing in the court, ED said that Arvind Kejriwal is the mastermind of the liquor scam. During this, ED sought remand of Arvind Kejriwal from the court so that further interrogation could be done. During this period, ED sought 10 days’ remand from the court, after which Rouse Avenue Court gave 6 days’ remand of Arvind Kejriwal to ED. In such a situation, now Arvind Kejriwal will remain on remand till 28 March.

What did ED say in court

Let us tell you that Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by ED on Thursday night. After this, supporters of Arvind Kejriwal and leaders of Aam Aadmi Party have come out on the streets. During this, Aam Aadmi Party leader Gopal Rai asked the constituents of the Indi alliance to also participate in this nationwide protest. Let us tell you that before Rouse Avenue Court, Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi had filed a petition in the Supreme Court. But the Supreme Court asked him to approach Rouse Avenue Court or High Court, after which Kejriwal withdrew his petition.

Evidence against Arvind Kejriwal

In this series, Rouse Avenue Court has now given remand of Arvind Kejriwal to ED. Let us tell you that during this period, ED claimed in the court that the money received in the liquor scam was used in the Goa Assembly elections. ED said that there is evidence of Kejriwal demanding bribe. The accused in this case, Vijay Nair, was working for Arvind Kejriwal. Also, Kejriwal took money from businessmen and asked for money from the South Lobby. Let us tell you that ED has already arrested BRS leader K Kavita in this case. Also today the court K. Kavita’s bail plea has also been rejected.
