Anurag Kashyap told that after losing this project, he was in so much pain that to overcome it, he started drinking a lot of alcohol and got addicted to it. Due to which he had heart attack twice.

Anurag Kashyap further said that all my energy was gone in ‘Maximum City’. I was devastated. Had lost everything completely. He said, ‘Streaming was finally the place I was waiting for. The sad thing is that this was considered a revolution, but unfortunately it did not appear to be so at all. People wanted to make it stronger like social media, but it remained just a tool.
