Elvish Yadav’s mother revealed that he has not eaten anything for the last 3 days. He says that after the son went to jail, everyone in the family is worried. Elvish Yadav’s father has also made a new claim. He clearly said that the news being published by the media against Elvish accepting the crime is completely fake and baseless. His father said, ‘He said he has not asked me anything and why would I confess when I have not done anything.’

Noida Police claims

On Monday, there was news quoting Noida Police sources that Elvish Yadav had confessed that he used to order snakes and snake venom for the party. It was also said that Elvish Yadav had confessed during interrogation that he had met all the arrested accused, including Rahul, in different rave parties and was also acquainted with them. At present, investigation is going on in the matter. Noida Police is continuously taking action in this matter.

Know the whole matter

Noida Police has imposed 29 NDPS Act on Elvish Yadav. 29 NDPS Act is imposed when someone is involved in a drug related conspiracy such as drug buying and selling. The accused registered under this Act do not get bail easily. Last year, based on a complaint by the organization People for Animals (PFA), Noida Police had raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people.

PFA had also named Elvish Yadav in its FIR and accused him of organizing rave parties. It was claimed that they invited foreigners and arranged for poisonous snakes. Let us inform that during the raid, nine poisonous snakes were recovered. Extracting the venom glands of a snake is a punishable offense under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and the culprit can be jailed for seven years. Elvish was also in the news recently for beating up a YouTuber named Sagar Thakur (Maxturn) in Gurugram.

Elvish in 14 days judicial custody

Let us tell you, the court has sent Elvish to judicial custody for 14 days. There was news from the jail authorities that Elvish Yadav’s first night in jail was spent in restlessness and despair. Yesterday he was shifted from quarantine cell to high security cell.
