Malayalam actor and mimicry artist Kalabhavan Hanif has passed away. He was 63 years old and breathed his last in Kochi on Thursday. Kalabhavan started his acting career in 1991 with the film ‘Cheppukilkanna Chanagathi’ and has worked in more than 150 films in Malayalam. He also performed many plays in theatre. It is being told that the actor was suffering from respiratory disease. The actor, who was fighting the disease for a week, died on Thursday.

According to a report in Times of India, actor Kalabhavan Hanif was undergoing treatment for a respiratory illness at a private hospital in Ernakulam. The actor was struggling with this disease for a week. Actor Kalabhavan Hanif is survived by his wife and two children. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the South film industry due to the news of the actor’s death. Kalabhavan Hanif’s close friends, family and fans are paying tribute on social media.
