However, the pool and spa began experiencing problems around April 2020, including with waterproofing, according to a copy of a lawsuit filed in May 2023. Around the same time, a water leak appeared in the barbecue area on deck. The leak damaged a portion of the interior living area just below the deck, the complaint said.

The actress is demanding this amount
The actress’ lawyer further said, ‘The alternative should be to reimburse the plaintiff for all costs of repair, as well as be compensated for loss of use and other damages caused by the defendants’ conduct.’ The exact cost has not yet been determined, but according to the complaint the waterproofing issue will exceed $1.5 million and ‘general damages’ are estimated at approximately $2.5 million.
